Hawthorne Parade

Starting its life as a modest 1950’s semi-attached dwelling, this project took some serious planning. The stacked dwellings were joined by a suspended concrete slab that needed to be predominantly demolished. On top of this challenge, due to heritage conservation zoning it was required to maintain the roof and external facade. Jessop Constructions worked closely with the engineers and interior team to deliver a spacious, functional and classy family home.
